Despite some courteous staff members, including a particularly friendly breakfast server, the experience was marred by multiple room issues. Accessing occupied rooms created a significant safety concern, while the cleanliness of the final room left much to be desired, evidenced by greasy surfaces and uncleaned remotes. The noise from the highway made for an uncomfortable environment, compelling us to seek dining elsewhere, despite the proximity of options.
